Adventure or routine?

Adventure or routine, which do you prefer?

Do you relish all that you’ve never experienced before? Or does familiarity suit you best?

When adventure arrives in overabundance in our lives the result can be stress: Your car breaks down -> adventure is more than plentiful -> stress enters in.

if you’re experiencing day after day of the same routine -> boredom sets in -> stress comes knocking.

In either case, art can help.

When the adventure brings stress, view your favorite art. Maybe something like this:

There is some sort of structure in there; an organic architecture.

But still unlike anything I’ve seen before.

What could produce such a visual treat?

Each time I heat an egg I think: So simple, and yet so complex!

It reminds me of some sort of child’s science trick: heat an egg in a pan and watch the intricate architecture grow before your eyes. The science behind it can be found here, if you’re so inclined.

This recipe includes a cup and a half of color to bring out that complex structure.

Another amazing little piece of the world around us; up close and colorful; a new perspective.
